Here are some suggestions on how to keep your cool. 1. Breath, 2. Give a smile and compliment other shoppers, 3. Give a thank you to the check-out person even if they are slow and you know what I’m talking about! 4. Give up that parking space and walk. Exercise reduces stress. Oh yeah, Give up that one attitude. You’ll make somebody’s day!
